There were between 25,000 and 30,000 of these cards inserted in two different German magazine. However, due to an error, approximately 10,000 of these cards were also distributed face down, in the #4/3 August 1997 issue of Scrye Magazine. The distribution was not random. Whole cases were shipped with this card included. Therefore, the distribution was very regional. This is a rare and hard to find card. There were no other known sources of distribution.
