This is one of the most recently released cards. At a print run of 8,000, this card is also one of the rarest CCG cards produced. These cards were never really distributed for promotional use. Although some of these cards have been given away, these cards were primarily produced for resale and they are not cheap. I do not know if I would consider these cards as promotional cards, but that is how they are numbered. |
